We went to try it and were pleasantly surprised. Very tasty, manageable portions, and high quality. The fact that the chef chooses the options is a very apt curiosity. The only notable negative is that they don't have pitchers of water, and the water they provide isn't fresh. Otherwise, an excellent place.

A few friends went and ordered not just one but two 50-piece trays. It was great to discover flavors that surprised us. We also ordered gyozas and mochi. It's a place with a personalized charm, far removed from the typical franchise, which is appreciated. If you want to enjoy sushi, this is the place. We'll definitely be back.

Volveremos mucho!!!
Traducción
A quality restaurant, everything is delicious, great service, quality fish, they explain everything to you, and you can tell Carlos the chef is the best; you can tell he's into Japanese cuisine. Cuenca needed a restaurant like this; we hope people respond because it's well worth it. The sushi isn't cheap, but I assure you it's far superior to the ones at the franchise in Cuenca. We'll be back a lot!

Real sushi in Cuenca. The food is spectacular. Carlos makes the sushi freshly, and he's a professional. The flavors, the freshness... I was really surprised because we didn't have that quality in Cuenca for this type of food. We'll be back to try what we haven't tried before. Because everything was top-notch. And the attentiveness of the waiters, the patience of the chef, and the service... We'll be back soon!!!

One of the best places to eat sushi in Cuenca. Everything is very good and quality. The only drawback I would say is that the gyozas were fried and not steamed, otherwise great and I will repeat without a doubt.
